For Massage appointments please call the office number (770) 535-5522 directly and leave a message. Someone will return your call as soon as possible.
Most major insurance plans are accepted at the office, for example Anthem BCBS, Cigna and United Health Care and more. Chiropractic benefits differ based on the kind of Chiropractic coverage of your plan. Feel free to contact the office to verify specific coverage details. We are currently not accepting plans such as Humana, Personal Injury Auto or Aetna.
